Bookings, Fees and Payment Terms and Conditions

Nursery fees are calculated on a termly basis.
Invoices are payable by the last day of the half term to which the fees relate.
Nursery fees can be paid by bank transfer, tax free childcare or childcare vouchers.
We accept children who are entitled to government funding for two, three and four year olds
No deductions are made in respect of bank holidays, sickness, or family holidays.
Failure to pay fees on time or unpaid fees may result in the forfeiting of a child’s place at nursery.
We require one terms paid notice to end a child’s booking, which must be given in writing should the place no longer be needed. The sessions booked on registration are permanent bookings, and a month’s notice should be given for any reduction or increase in these sessions. Extra sessions needed on an ad-hoc basis will be subject to availability at the discretion of the Nursery Manager.
Parents are required to provide all nappies, wipes, feeding equipment and any other personal items their child may need. Snack and lunch are included
Additional fees will be charged for extra curricular activities such a trips and visits and parents will be advised of these as and when needed.
All parents/carers are required to read and sign our full terms and conditions.
We reserve the right to review these fees at any time in response to funding changes or cost increases.
